Tripetite FAQs

A few quick answers before launch.

Does every dish earn a passport stamp?

No. You can discover, save, favourite and track any published dish. Passport stamps are reserved for a smaller set of curated foods and experiences associated with each city.

Can I earn a stamp at any venue?

Each passport staple has approved venues where it can be completed. Checking into a venue without trying the relevant staple does not earn a stamp.

Can I save dishes and venues that are not passport staples?

Yes. General dishes and venues can still be saved, favourited and marked as tried. They simply do not increase the official city-passport completion count.

Can users add missing venues or dishes?

Users can suggest missing venues, dishes and corrections. Suggestions enter a review queue and are not published automatically.

Is Tripetite another restaurant review app?

No. Tripetite focuses on what is worth ordering and why. It is curated and moderated, with no open review feed or pay-to-rank passport placement.

For restaurants & food vendors

  • Help confirm accurate detailsShare current menu, contact, location and imagery information for review.
